A BIG apology regarding my WEBSITE bookings !

I had my website revamped about 18 months ago , and was very happy with it and thought i knew how it all worked. Unfortunately i did not realise until last week that i was supposed to 'sign in' and go to my 'bookings' section to read my bookings. I presumed i received all my bookings through the normal email system , and got a shock to find i had 185 UNREAD email bookings going back to 2015 , what a shock and an embarassment to me , because i have let you all down , by not replying as i did not know .Im so sorry to you all and hope you will forgive me and rebook again? I promise i wont miss your bookings through my site again!!!
